The firm

We work on the machinery, not the slide deck.

SCG stays through implementation. An operating change creates value only once it is running in production, so we do not deliver a recommendation and withdraw. We are selective about the engagements we accept, and senior judgment is applied directly to each one.

Our work sits where strategy meets execution: the processes, systems, and data that determine what a company can actually do. We map how work moves today, identify where margin and time are lost, and rebuild those paths with automation that holds under load.

Clients come to us when growth has outpaced process — when headcount is absorbing work that software should be doing, when reporting is assembled by hand, when the answer to a basic operational question takes a week.

Capabilities

Four practices. One objective: a business that runs on less.

01

Process & Operations Automation

Manual workflows rebuilt as systems. Fewer touches, shorter cycle times, consistent output.

02

Revenue Systems

Pipeline, quoting, onboarding, and billing engineered as one instrumented path from first contact to collected cash.

03

Data & Reporting

A single defensible source of operating truth, and reporting that arrives without anyone assembling it.

04

AI Implementation

Applied where it withstands scrutiny: judgment-heavy, high-volume work with measurable error and cost baselines.

How an engagement runs

Five stages, in order.Nothing starts before the last stage proves out.

No stage begins before the previous one has produced something you can hold us to.

  1. 01

    Contact

    No fee

A conversation about the operation, what it is costing, and whether the problem warrants an engagement.

  2. 02

    Diagnostic

    2–3 weeks

We observe the work as it runs and measure cycle time, touch count, and rework against the real process.

  3. 03

    Design

    2–4 weeks

The target state specified in full: process, architecture, data model, controls, and the order of change.

  4. 04

    Implementation

    6–16 weeks

Built in increments that each stand alone. Run in parallel with existing process, proven, then cut over.

  5. 05

    Handover

    2 weeks

Documentation, training, and runbooks transferred. Results reported against the original baselines.

Engagements begin with a conversation, not a proposal.

If something in your operation is costing more than it should, we will tell you plainly whether we are the right firm to fix it.
